Will my old login credentials still be valid?
No, the login credentials used on the previous website (Username and Password) will no longer be valid and you will have to create a new account. All Participants will have to sign up individually and not through the National Federation.
Where can I find all the information about the courses?

How can I pay for the courses?
Each payment can be processed directly on the platform by the Participants by means of PayPal or Stripe (using a credit or debit card). Should National Federations need to pay the courses for their Participants, they shall inform us by means of an email to email@example.com on which participants and which courses the payment is made for; they will then be able to process the payment via bank transfer or credit card through a direct link.
What if I cannot find the course I am looking for?
It means that the course has not yet been published on the platform; more courses will be released in the coming weeks.
How can I change the language of the platform?
You can do that from the "Edit Profile" section of "My Account" page, clicking on "Site Language". The language used in the course material, such as videos or presentations, will not be affected.
Where can I find the receipts for the purchased courses?
You can find them in the "Order History" section of "My Account" page. You will also receive an automatic email with a receipt for each order made.
Where can I find the certificates for the courses completed?
You can find them in the "Certificates" section of "My Account" page.
